Wed, 1/14/26 @ 3pm – BCCA Town Hall – Real Estate Tax Increases

The BCCA will host a Town Hall with Mia Robinson, Mattapoisett Town Assessor, to discuss the significant increases in 2026 real estate taxes, how Bay Club assessments compare with the rest of the town, and the tax abatement process. Abatement requests are due by January 31.

There is no need to register to attend in person. Homeowners may wish to bring their current and prior year tax bills for reference.
