Our New Resident Handbook will help introduce you to the neighborhood, highlight the many amenities and services available, and share the traditions and values that make the Bay Club a special place to live. By providing helpful information and guidance, this handbook is designed to make your transition into the community smooth and enjoyable, while encouraging connections with neighbors and fostering a true sense of belonging.

Welcome to the Bay Club Community! We’re happy you have chosen to join our beautiful community nestled in Buzzards Bay on the South Coast of Massachusetts in the town of Mattapoisett. The home owners association is called Bay Club Community Association (BCCA) and is governed by elected residents of the community to serve on the board for a three year term, with the goal of managing day to day operations of the Community and acting in the best interest of the residents/homeowners.
We are excited you have chosen to live in our beautiful community and are happy to assist in any way possible to make you feel welcome and help get you settled in your new home. This Handbook was developed by the BCCA Communication Committee to provide you with a guide to our Bay Club Community.
